There is still a place to live, and not just for its scenery, but for their ideals of society that does not follow the standards we are used to. In this city there is no money, no religion, no politics. This is truly a paradise.

This place exists and is called "Auroville"!
Auroville was founded in 1968, the project was presented to the Indian government, which decided to support it and take it 'UNESCO General Assembly. In 1966 the 'UNESCO approve' unanimous' resolution recommending Auroville as a project of vital importance for the future of humanity. Its inhabitants belong to different nations and cultures coexist without any problem, since they have a political system, have no religion and do not utilize our economies but live through the exchange system, citizens perceive a kind of "citizen's income "working for the community in the preferred range, nothing is imposed.
Auroville is located in south India, 150 kilometers from Chennai in Madras. In this city the buildings are made on the basis of experimental architecture, as they are constantly changing. This is because these structures seek to optimize the use of renewable energy that is their main goal: re-use and recycling.
The person who designed, managed and founded this wonderful city was: Mirra Alfassa, better known as "Mother."
"There should be a place on Earth that no nation can claim as their own, where all human beings of good will who have a sincere aspiration could live freely as citizens of the world, obeying one single authority, that of the supreme truth. A place of peace, concord and harmony where the fighting instinct of man has been used exclusively to eliminate the cause of their suffering and so much misery, to overcome their weaknesses and ignorance, and to triumph over their limits. A place where the needs of the spirit and interest of progress would get precedence over the satisfaction of desires and passions, or the pursuit of material pleasure and enjoyment "that was the idea of Alfassa.
From this ideal, we now have this amazing city.
The so-called "city of dawn" wants to become a reference point for the sustainable development and the Indian social innovation and the world.The city is energetically self-sufficient thanks to solar energy. Is based on organic agriculture and production of milk and dairy products, recycling almost all of the materials and construction with green building techniques. It has a free education system and no votes. It is structured on collective ownership, without laws or police and cultivated the spontaneous art, stillness and meditation.
